An authentic Malaysian-style sour-piquant fish soup.

Ingredients
Asam Laksa Stock 1 Cube
Mackerel in can (mince & remove tomato sauce) 1 pc
Water 1 Cup
Fresh Laksa Noodles 100g
Daun Kesum A stalk
Tamarind Slices 1 pc
Pineapple; julienned or diced.
Cucumber; julienned or diced.
Slice Onions
Slice Chillies

Step by Step

  • 01

    Dissolve  Asam Laksa stock cube in boiling water.

  • 02

    Put in minced mackerel and tamarind slices.

  • 03

    Add in daun kesum to infuse the aroma.

  • 04

    Pour the gravy onto the fresh laksa noodle.

  • 05

    Garnish with condiments and ready to serve.
