Almond Berry Honey Overnight Oat

Overnight Oatmeal is always a good choice to extend satiety. It is also a healthy way for weight management. Prepare this the night before and keep in the fridge until the next morning. When you wake up you will have healthy convenient pre-dawn meal waiting for you.

Ingredients
TOPVALU Instant Oatmeal 1/4 Cup
Skimmed Milk 1/3 Cup
Low Fat Yogurt 1/4 Cup
TOPVALU Pure Honey 1 tbsp
Almond 1/2 Cup
Chia Seeds 1 tbsp
Strawberries 1/2 Cup
Blueberries 1/2 Cup

Step by Step

  • 01

    Mix TOPVALU instant Oats, Skimmed Milk, Low Fat Yoghurt and Honey into a jar and stir well.

  • 02

    Add in Almonds, Chia Seeds, Strawberries and Blueberries.

  • 03

    Cap the Jar and let it refrigerate for a night.
