Creamy Macaroni

Macaroni and cheese is perfect supper food. It's a kids' favorite, and adults like it too. The dish turns out cheesy, rich and creamy.

Ingredients for 2 pax
TOPVALU Macaroni 200g
TOPVALU Fine Salt 2 tablespoons
TOPVALU Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
TOPVALU Hi-protein plain wheat flour 2 tablespoons
Sliced Onion 30g
Diced Pumpkin 50g
Cabbage 50g
Boiled Chicken 50g
Milk 300cc
Butter 20g
Mushroom 40g
TOPVALU Fine Salt, Pepper, Parsley, and Parmesan cheese

Step by Step

  • 01

    Boil a pot of water. Then, put in TOPVALU Macaroni with TOPVALU Fine Salt into rapidly boiling water and cook for 8 minutes.

    Warm the pan and melt the butter, follow by 2 table spoons of TOPVALU Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Fry the minced garlic, sliced onion, mushroom, diced pumpkin, boiled chicken and cabbage.

    Sprinkle the flour into the fried pumpkin and cabbage.

    You can add some TOPVALU Fine Salt, pepper, parsley or parmesan cheese to your liking.

    Serve hot. Tip:To keep Macaroni from sticking, stir during the first minute or two of cooking.
