Anchovy and Cabbage Pasta

This intensely savoury dish is packed with flavour. Cabbage is enhanced with softened anchovies that melt on eating.

Ingredients for 2 pax
TOPVALU Angel Hair Spaghetti 200g
TOPVALU Fine Salt 1 tablespoon
TOPVALU Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
Cabbage 4 leaves
Anchovy 40g
Garlic 2 teaspoons
A little of Pepper and Parsley

Step by Step

  • 01

    Boil TOPVALU Angel Hair Spaghetti with TOPVALU Fine Salt for 6 minutes.

  • 02

    Heat a pan and sauté the garlic, anchovy and cabbage with TOPVALU Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

  • 03

    Put TOPVALU Angel Hair Spaghetti into the pan with the cooked ingredients.

  • 04

    Add some TOPVALU Fine Salt, pepper, parsley and mini tomato to your liking.

    Ready to serve!
